MW Lab: Repair Service

Request service for your MachineWise product.

Instructions:

• Fill out the form below.
• Add the service "product" to your cart.
• In the order notes put any additional information you'd like us to know about.
• Check out (You will be charged $12 shipping. This will cover the return shipping to you)
• Print your order receipt and package it with the product you are sending in for service. 
• Purchase a label from your preferred parcel service and mail your product to:

• Once we receive your package we will reach out via email and confirm that it is in hand and work is progressing. 
  
• Upon completing the work we will invoice you for any additional charges and ship the product back to you.
