I flipped the serif at a blade show a few weeks ago. I thought they’d be available but they’re hard to find. I’d love to get an opus too but I’ve never seen one of them for sale.
Its big and slow and the ballance is really good, feels like a work of art compared to a alpha beast, it still manages to be lighter, the way the weights laid out is really good, it feels heavier flipping then it should for a 4 oz knife, its just all the weight being way out at the ends it makes it flip slow and because of it super controllable.
I don’t even have one but i have hopes that i can buy one
This knife is crazy. If you've ever thought about purchasing one and decided against it do yourself a favor and buy it the next opportunity you can. Mine had some slight issues upon receiving the knife but these were immediately rectified by Martin to a more than satisfactory resolution. Thank you for making such a great product and having such a fantastic team behind the whole operation!
This thing is a functional piece of art~! I adore the intricate machining and the tapered handles.
