Shipping Policy

MachineWise will ship products within one week of order date for products that are in stock. For products that are "Built-to-Order" or "Custom Shop" please allow the quoted time to elapse before contacting MachineWise regarding your order. 

MachineWise will not refund products that are currently in transit to the customer.  Please be careful to check your address when checking out. If you believe your address was input incorrectly please immediately contact us at: admin@machinewise.com to correct the issue. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. Unfortunately we do not have control over the United States Postal Service and as such cannot refund orders that have been shipped till they have been deemed "lost". If your order is lost (in transit for more than 60 days) we will work directly with you to either refund the order or recreate the product in question and ship it to you. 

MachineWise is a small business and products refunded due to delays in USPS shipping can be very detrimental to the continued existence of our brand. Please be patient with the postal service. In our experience packages eventually find their way to the customer or back to us at which point we will happily reach out to correct the address and ship once more. We are committed to our customer experience and will ensure that each customer receives the product they are excited for. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

  • We ship live blades to any country where they are legal, please do your research before ordering live blades if you are outside the US!
  • All International orders are shipped at the buyers risk. 
  • Trainers are available to ship worldwide!
