Solid Lockup, Butter Smooth Action. Excellent Milling. One of the favorites in my extensive collection.

The Mojave knife is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship! Design is near flawless, light in the hands despite being a larger knife, easy to manipulate in the hands due to great balance with a good center of gravity, laser of a blade in design and in function with great sharp blade. This design is an example of the ability to match engineered design along with the beauty of an artist!
That being said, a couple of areas that I feel should be expected of a 1000 dollar knife, firstly, the blade is off center slightly, secondly the detent is difficult to overcome when using the flipper and does not seem to be improving with use, and lastly due to the thinness of the handle it is difficult to open the knife with any significant pressure on the handle which places pressure on the blade hence exaggerating the detent. Fortunately all fixable items but I felt need to mention these issues with a tool of this expense.

Not much to say that hasn't been said about these knives. This is the best and my favorite knife in my collection. Fit and finish is second to none. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
