Service Request
The MW Lab handles all in-house service requests for MachineWise products. Whether your knife needs sharpening or you want to swap configs, this is the place to start.
Service Fee
We charge a flat $10 service fee at checkout to cover return shipping back to you.
You’ll pay for shipping the product to us, and we’ll handle the rest from there.
This is not a one-size-fits-all service. After reviewing your request, we’ll follow up with a quote if any additional charges apply.
How it Works
Click “Get Started” to fill out the service form and purchase your return shipping label.
Once your form is submitted, follow the shipping instructions provided. We’ll handle it from there.
If additional work is needed, we’ll send you an invoice. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
Once work is complete and any balances are paid, we’ll send your knife back.
