Big fan of MW stuff, have multiple balisongs and a Sonora already. Have been watching the Rota since the introduction of the v2 pretty much. I held off as I just wasn't sure about the new mech but finally curiosity got the better of me and when I saw a color I really liked I decided to give it a go and it's been better than expected on all fronts.
It's smaller and more compact than it appeared to me in photos. Much sleeker in person that I had expected, feels very premium and well built. Love the integrated pocket clip and screw free style construction.
The mech is way more fun to play with then I thought. I swapped to the lighter spring which I prefer the feel of and after some use it got nice and smooth and it's now my pen with the best fidget factor! The fact that it's pretty quiet helps with that too, many of my other pens are just too loud to fidget with if there are other people around, but not the Rota.
Great pen, my new favorite in my collection!
