DESCRIPTION:

The Tottori is our first sandwich construction balisong. The project stemmed from a desire to do something a little different for MachineWise. The Tottori is our entry into the "standard" balisong world. The Tottori retains the machining quality, attention to detail and tuning that you have grown to expect from MachineWise but delivers it in a shorter overall package. Named for a small patch of sand dunes in Japan the texture of the Tottori provides ample grip while not being intrusive during flipping. Each Tottori ships with (2) sets of spacer weights to adjust its flipping traits to your preference. In the future we hope to offer spacers in many different materials for finer tuning.

Impressive construction 🦺

I don’t have much experience with titanium balis or balis at all but I do know it’s a very difficult material to apply anywhere. Weight and density get tricky (amongst other things) This balis does so many things well. The blade is brilliant and the tolerances are absolutely brilliant! The tight tuning is magical. 🤫 The zen pins are something very special here too 🤫Overall momentum dimensions is what makes this bali infinite. Legit genius. Theres not an ounce of wasted space…influential. The sandwich design is basically a speed channel and optimal when it comes to this material. My only issue. Why aren’t there more. Need to try the trainer next

Definitely recommend!

A fast and nimble flipper. Nice finger feel, good balance and weight. My favorite blade shape from Machinewise yet. Very good tune as well, would definitely recommend!
